Notre Dame tapped freshman wide receiver Scrap Richardson to mimic Texas A&M’s dual-threat QB Marcel Reed in practice this week. His quarterback background gave the Irish defense a realistic look as they prepare for Saturday night’s home opener against the 16th-ranked Aggies at Notre Dame Stadium.
