Transfer tracker: Former Notre Dame OL Rocco Spindler among the Big Ten's best in Week 10

Former Notre Dame offensive lineman Rocco Spindler continues to battle and prevail with the odds stacked against him.
Despite being just two weeks removed from surgery to repair a compound fracture in his finger, Spindler has started and played 125 snaps over the last two weeks. He’s also maintained excellence in pass protection, recording an 88.2 pass-blocking grade according to Pro Football Focus, a mark that ranks tied-for-second among Big Ten guards.
Spindler was one of 11 players who transferred from Notre Dame after last season to appear in a game during Week 10 of the college football season. Here are details on their performances.
QB Steve Angeli | Syracuse (3-6): Before he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury Sept. 20 vs. Clemson, Angeli threw for 1,317 yards and 10 touchdowns while completing 98-256 passes with only 2 interceptions in four games.
