Newsstand: Notre Dame announces premiere date of Here Come The Irish Season 2

On Thursday, Notre Dame announced the premiere date of season two of the Here Come The Irish for Dec. 8 on Peacock by posting a clip of sixth-year senior tight end Kevin Bauman addressing the team.
“Notre Dame means everything to me,” Bauman said in the clip, which is embedded below. “To me, it means opportunity; it means growth.”
One can reasonably assume that the video of Bauman’s speech to the team was recorded before he suffered another left knee injury, which ended his football career. The Notre Dame football PR team announced the news on Aug. 9. Bauman suffered four major leg injuries dating back to 2021.
He spoke about his journey battling back from those injuries and more.
“I share that with you guys just to show you this is a journey,” Bauman said. “This is your journey. Each and every one of you is going to have a different journey than the guy next to you.

“I was just asked recently, ‘All these things that have happened to you, would you change them?’ And the answer is no. Because everything that happened — the good, the bad, the ugly, the highs, the lows — has brought me to this exact moment. Right here — standing in front of you guys.
This place is so special, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.”
