For the second straight week, oddsmakers are predicting Notre Dame football to win by three possessions at home. According to BetMGM, the Fighting Irish are a 22.5-point favorite against NC State. The over/under total points line is 61.5 points.

Notre Dame is on a roll against the spread this season, covering in its last three games against Boise State, Arkansas and Purdue. Previously, the Irish were 0-2 ATS after losing to Miami and Texas A&M as a favorite. Until last week, the over had it in every one of Notre Dame’s games.

The Wolfpack have been similarly successful ATS this season, covering in four of six games. The over has also hit in four of six games, but the same ones.

The last time these two teams squared off, the Irish covered a 7.5-point spread by beating NC State 45-23 on the road back in 2023. Also, the points total went over by 19 points.

Saturday’s game will be broadcast exclusively on the streaming app, Peacock. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.

“Yeah, they did a really good job in their man coverage. Even with some shifts, some motions, they did a good job locking on. We didn’t have a lot of guys running free, and hats off to their defensive scheme. They did a good job.”
