Notre Dame football announces kickoff times, TV information for 2025 home games

Notre Dame released its 2025 home game kickoff schedule on Monday. The Fighting Irish have three 7:30 p.m. ET primetime games and four 3:30 p.m. ET afternoon games.
Here’s what the entire home schedule looks like.
2025 Notre Dame football home schedule
Sept. 13: Texas A&M (7:30)
Sept. 20: Purdue (3:30)
Oct. 4: Boise State (3:30)
Oct. 11: NC State (3:30)
Oct. 18: USC (7:30)
Nov. 8: Navy (7:30)
Nov. 22: Syracuse (3:30)
Every game can be seen on NBC except for the NC State game, which will stream exclusively on Peacock. That will be the fifth Notre Dame game streamed exclusively on Peacock, an annual trend that started with the Fighting Irish hosting Toledo in 2021.
This is the first time Notre Dame will host three night games in South Bend since 2018. It’s also the first time ever the Irish and Midshipmen of Navy will have ever played a night game at Notre Dame Stadium. There is already another primetime matchup on the Irish’s slate in Week 1 at Miami, so at least one-third of the team’s games will be under the lights.
In addition to that matchup with Miami, Notre Dame is also on the road Sept. 27 at Arkansas, Nov. 1 at Boston College, Nov. 15 at Pittsburgh and Nov. 29 at Stanford. Kickoff times for those games have not been released yet, which isn’t unusual. It’ll take until the season starts to learn when those matchups will kick off.

The Irish are playing five of the same teams they faced in a 2024 run to the national championship, and they’re getting four of those opponents — Texas A&M, Purdue, USC and Navy — at home. The other repeat foe is Stanford, who the Irish will travel to take on in Northern California for the regular season finale.
Much like last season, it’s a manageable schedule for the blue and gold. It’s front-loaded, too, with the toughest games coming at the very beginning. If Notre Dame can come out with a big road win in Week 1 like it did a year ago and hold serve at home immediately thereafter, like it did not a year, ago, head coach Marcus Freeman‘s team will be set up nicely to run the table and get into the CFP for the second consecutive season.
If the Irish beat the Hurricanes in Week 1, they may very well be a favorite in every game they play in 2025 barring a complete falling out or unforeseen surge from any late-season opponents.
