Tony Rice was the last Notre Dame quarterback to lead the Irish to a national championship. That was in 1988, and an epic win over Miami that season was a part of the title run. Thirty-seven years later, he’ll be at the Miami-ND game on Aug. 31. In this interview, Rice reminisces on his career, assesses the current state of the ND program and catches us up on how life has unfolded for him since graduating.
