Buckeyes stun No. 11 Purdue in Mackey Arena
COLUMBUS – Jake Diebler and Ohio State have once again upset a ranked Purdue team. The Buckeyes beat the 11th-ranked Boilermakers 73-70 on Tuesday night.
Senior guard Micah Parrish led Ohio State in scoring against Purdue. Parrish had 22 points, including 17 in the second half, to help the Buckeyes upset the Boilermakers.
The Buckeyes also got 11 points from guard Bruce Thornton to go along with five assists and six rebounds. Forward Devin Royal finished with 16 points and six rebounds. He also went 8-of-10 at the free throw line to help Ohio State close out the win.
Guard John Mobley Jr. also had nine points while center Sean Stewart had five points to round out the Buckeyes starting five. Forward Aaron Bradshaw led Ohio State in bench scoring with six points.

Ohio State will be back in action on Monday, Jan. 27. The Buckeyes will host Iowa at the Schottenstein Center.
