COLUMBUS — The Buckeyes have a game wreaking defensive lineman coming to campus. Four-star defensive lineman Damari Simeon has signed his Letter of Intent to Ohio State and is officially a Buckeye.

Who is Damari Simeon?
Damari Simeon is a four-star defensive lineman from Richland, New Jersey. He attended St. Augustine Prep High School. Simeon committed to Ohio State over Michigan, Penn State and Texas this summer. The Longhorns fought for his commitment until the end but the Buckeyes won out.

Scouting Report: “Well, I mean, the opponents have to be very aware of where he’s at. It’s easier said than done that you’re gonna double team somebody especially when our intentions are to move him around to different places. You can run away from him, but we have pretty good players. Flanked on the other side to like Nick Costa who’s going to Northwestern. He just committed so he’s at the defensive end spot. And although Damari is an inside player, we still can, it doesn’t mean we can’t put him on the outside sometimes as well. So yeah, you got to be conscious. It’s tough.
