THIBODAUX, Louisiana — John Mateer found himself in a peculiar place on Thursday night.  He, along with a handful of college football’s best quarterbacks, was sitting at a table with Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and former NFL Super Bowl-winning coach Jon Gruden on Nicholls State University’s campus. The soon-to-be starting quarterback at OU, which has had its fair share of great quarterbacks, was in awe as he listened to two of football’s best talk ball.
