No days off in SEC basketball, and OU and everybody else learned that last season. Nothing at all is expected to change in 2025-26.

The SEC opponents the Sooners released Wednesday. Another huge season coming up for head coach Porter Moser and company.

How good is the home slate? All nine teams coming to the Lloyd Noble Center made the NCAA Tournament last season.

OU, once again, will play Texas, Missouri and Texas A&M both at home and on the road. Everything else is just flip flopped from last season.

However, that means the national champion Florida Gators will be coming to Norman. Also, Final Four participant Auburn is set to come to OU.

OU will host Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, Missouri, Texas and Texas A&M at Lloyd Noble Center.

The Sooners will go on the road to face Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.

It would be amazing if the SEC could duplicate what it did last season. But look at the portal classes and you could definitely see how it might be a possibility.

Each SEC team plays the other 15 schools at least once during league play, with three opponents played twice. Conference action tips off Saturday, Jan. 3, and runs through Saturday, March 7. The SEC Tournament is set for March 11-15 in Nashville, Tenn., at Bridgestone Arena.

The SEC is coming off one of the most dominant seasons in college basketball history. League teams went 185-23 in regular-season non-conference play, winning nearly 89% of those games. The conference also posted the highest KenPom efficiency rating ever at +22.09. A record 14 SEC teams earned NCAA Tournament bids in 2025, including Oklahoma, with seven reaching the Sweet 16 and four advancing to the Elite Eight.

Game times, dates and TV designations will be announced later.
