OU got some positive news on Thursday with Maikkula, Nwaiwu and Fasusi all listed as probable. Coach Brent Venables said on Tuesday that backup center Troy Everett suffered a season-ending injury. With Maikkula on the injury report, as well as Nwaiwu, Oklahoma’s interior offensive line could look a little different versus Auburn.

“Something that we talked about all through camp is that we felt really good about the depth of our o-line room, especially on the interior,” offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle said on Tuesday. “And so, you know, I feel great about those guys. Feel great about the work that they’ve put in. It’s been awesome to see Coach Bedenbaugh develop all those guys, especially on the interior for different positions where they could play. So I feel really good about them.”

The good news for OU is that wide receiver Keontez Lewis was listed as probable. Lewis took a hit to the head in the Temple game and did not return. It’s also notable that cornerback Gentry Williams was not on the injury report, meaning he will be available to play on Saturday for the Sooners.

The SEC availability report is posted every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:10 p.m. CT. A final report is posted on Saturday two hours before kickoff.
