OU vs Missouri availability report (Wednesday): R Mason Thomas' status

OU could be without its best pass rusher for the second consecutive game.
Senior defensive end R Mason Thomas was listed as questionable on the latest availability report ahead of the Missouri game on Saturday. Thomas did not play against Alabama after suffering a quad injury against Tennessee when he returned a fumble 71 yards for a touchdown.
The good news for the Sooners on the report is that neither Xavier Robinson or Tory Blaylock is listed, meaning both running backs will be available. Both players have been banged up this season and likely won’t be 100% for Saturday’s game. Still, it’s a positive that neither is on the report.
Another notable absence was running back Taylor Tatum, who has been listed on the availability nearly every week. Tatum has barely played this season, but could provide some good depth that OU desperately needs to finish the season.

“It’s going to be tested,” coach Brent Venables said of the running back depth. “No question, so hopeful we can stay healthy and we’re probably going to spread it out a little more to kind of manage the next few weeks.
For Missouri, quarterback Beau Pribula was listed as doubtful despite some believing he could return this week after suffering a dislocated ankle last month.
