Proposed $1 billion entertainment district would be new home to OU basketball

Team Norman will propose a $1 billion entertainment district on Wednesday that will include a multi-purpose performance venue, according to a press release sent out Tuesday. According to sources at OU, this performance venue would be the new home of OU men's and women's basketball, as well as women's gymnastics.
