OU earned victory No. 10 on Friday, but that didn’t turn out to be the biggest news of the weekend. The Sooners will await their bowl destination, but they’ll do so without Jeff Lebby.

Lebby, the offensive coordinator for Oklahoma the last two seasons, accepted the Mississippi State head coaching position Sunday afternoon. He is already in Starkville, and it sounds like MSU fans are thrilled with the selection.

Team 129 is No. 12 in the country. Will it be enough for a spot in a New Year’s Six Bowl? Or will the Sooners fall to the Alamo Bowl? We’ll find out next weekend.
