OU controls its own destiny to the College Football Playoff. The Sooners are No. 8 in the latest CFP rankings, which were released on Tuesday night. They are fresh off a victory over now-No. 10 Alabama, vaulting them into the top eight, which means they would host a first-round playoff game.
