It was an eventful weekend on both ends of the spectrum for Ole Miss athletics. Mike Bianco and the Ole Miss baseball team swept Morehead State in dominating fashion. But Chris Beard and the basketball program were flat out embarrassed Saturday versus Texas A&M.

On this Monday edition of “The Flagship”, Grayson Weir joins us to talk about the impressive run baseball is on after a rough start to the season. The lineup is clicking all of a sudden and players are stepping up on the mound. We talk about the new-look pitching rotation and how things are starting to take shape leading into SEC play.

Elsewhere, we try to figure out where things went wrong for basketball and how this week’s SEC Tournament could go. The Rebels face Texas A&M yet again Thursday in the 10v7 matchup with a potential date against Kentucky Friday. How will the team respond?
