Ducks 'Flip' 4-Star RB Jordan James From Georgia
Dan Lanning reached into the cookie jar to land his next offensive weapon. Oakland (Tenn.) running back Jordan James has been committed to Georgia since late March.
But the 5-foot-11, 205-pounder did not sign in the early signing period leaving him as fair game.
Oregon welcomed him on campus a couple weeks ago and since then the Ducks have seen its running back depth take a hit.
James will come in with a chance to compete for snaps with the Ducks. Both returning starters, Travis Dye and CJ Verdell will not be at Oregon next season.
James is now the 18th verbal commit in the 2022 class counting transfers and early signees.
