Four-Star EDGE Solomon Williams Names Top Five
One of the top remaining EDGE targets on Oregon’s board has narrowed down his list of options. Carrollwood Day (Fla.) EDGE Solomon Williams has named his top/final five schools.
Oregon is among those making the cut along with Alabama, Texas, Clemson and Texas A&M.
Here is what Williams told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Oregon making the cut.
“Coach Lanning and Lupoi are gurus at the edge position and can develop me to become the best on and off the field!”

The 6-foot-2, 255-pounder is the No. 261 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings. He is the No. 15 ranked EDGE in the 2024 class.
Currently Texas holds the lead in the On3 RPM at 29.5%. Oregon trails slightly at 25.8%.
The four-star EDGE is scheduled to take his official visit to Texas this weekend with Oregon set for next weekend. The Ducks will host Colorado for its conference opener on Sept. 23.
