After several seasons in which their receivers struggled to find consistent production, the Oregon Ducks now boast an embarrassment of riches at the position. As Oregon's Week 1 matchup with Georiga rapidly approaches, the Ducks still have plenty of internal competition taking place at X, Z, and slot receiver. At this point, first-year receivers coach Junior Adams is less concerned with exactly how many receivers will figure into the game plan once the season begins, and more focused on the progress made by the group as a whole. "No, I don't have a number right now," Adams said when asked if he has decided how many receivers Oregon will rotate this year. "I mean, it's a good group. It's a deep group."
