Oregon 5-Star QB Jaron Keawe-Sagapolutele to Enter NCAA Transfer Portal

Oregon Ducks five-star early enrollee quarterback Jaron Keawe-Sagapolutele is expected to enter the NCAA Portal, a source confirms with ScoopDuck. Brandon Huffman of 247 Sports was the first to report the move.
Sagapolutele signed with the Ducks during the early signing period, flipping his commitment from the California Golden Bears to Oregon.
The 6-foot-2 1/2, 220-pound passer is rated a five-star (98.00 per On3) recruit in the class of 2025. On3 ranked him the No. 19 player nationally, the No. 4 quarterback and the No. 1 prospect in Hawaii. He was awarded the Marcus Mariota Award recognizing the top high school player in Hawaii.
The left-handed quarterback originally committed to Cal on July 8 after considering schools like Oregon State, Boise State and Utah. Hawaii’s top prospect was offered by the Ducks in September and took an official visit out to Eugene in October.
