Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans are warming up for day 1 of spring camp 2025.

Well we have taken an early peek at Oregon’s upcoming schedule which kicks off in just over a month from now.

Last week I offered up the three toughest road games for Oregon. Today I look at the home schedule. Which, on the surface, looks pretty favorable.

Here are the three toughest home games for Oregon this season.

3. Minnesota – Nov. 15

This one could have gone a few different ways. I almost listed Oklahoma State for the same reason I listed Northwestern on the away list. Early in the season, Oregon could struggle a bit coming out of the gate. But I opted for Minnesota because it has the makings of a trap game. A good enough squad wedged in between the Iowa road game and followed by No. 1 on this list, USC.

Oregon should be favored and I don’t think they will lose. But again this is a game that could be closer than you would expect. But let’s hope not.

2. Indiana – Oct. 11

I don’t think I have the same level of concern for Indiana this season as many do. They’ll be good but I’m not sure they’ll be as good as last season. And even then they were exposed against better competition last season.

Still Oregon will have to take them seriously and could end up with a ballgame on their hands in Eugene. The biggest concern here, Oregon might have big game hangover from playing at Penn State the week before. That’s the real danger in this one.

1 USC – Nov. 22

The reality is this, Lincoln Riley will consider this his super bowl this season. USC fans will consider this their super bowl this season. And I’m also certain this USC team will be improved and could be dangerous. I don’t think they are a top ten team and they will end up losing games because of a brutal schedule.

But late in the season, these two teams not liking each other, first meet up in the B1G, it’s going to be rowdy. This will easily be Oregon’s toughest home game this season.
