Oregon Leaps Three Spots in Latest Recruiting Rankings

Late Saturday evening and Oregon has landed yet another commit to its highly ranked 2026 class. And very likely its last of the Summer.
Oaks Christian (Calif.) cornerback Davon Benjamin committed to Oregon over Michigan, Texas and others. He is the No. 43 ranked player in the Rivals Industry Rankings and No. 6 ranked cornerback nationally.

In the last week Oregon has landed two of its top five ranked commits to close out the Summer.
Now the Ducks have surged into the top three of the Rivals recruiting rankings. Had Oregon landed defensive tackle Deuce Geralds earlier, the Ducks might have the No. 2 class nationally.
But Oregon at No. 3 is amazing when you consider the number of commits the Ducks have, now 17. The average rating of this class is the best in the country at a whopping 92.65. Oregon has an 88% blue chip ratio in this 2026 class.
It is absolutely a class based on quality not quantity.
