Oregon Offers 2026 Iowa State WR Commit Milan Parris

It would appear Oregon isn’t finished at wide receiver this cycle, as the Ducks extended an offer to 2026 4-star Akron (OH) Walsh Jesuit wideout Milan Parris on Tuesday night.
Parris is listed on Rivals at 6’4.5″, 205 pounds and is committed to the Iowa State Cyclones, a pledge he made in January.
Oregon’s latest offer is the No. 189 player nationally, the No. 23 wide receiver and the No. 12 prospect in Ohio according to the Rivals300 ranking. As a junior he caught 28 passes for 597 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns. Parris is a dual-sport athlete that also plays basketball for the Walsh Jesuit Warriors.
As a football prospect he has 26 reported scholarship offers and has been on a tear in the last month, adding recent offers from schools like Oklahoma, Miami, Auburn and Nebraska among others.
Parris took multiple visits to the in-state Buckeyes prior to committing to Iowa State, but it looks like Ohio State never extended an offer and already have five receivers committed in the 2026 class. If he ends up committing to the Ducks, he’d be the second player in as many cycles from Ohio to play his college football in Eugene after Oregon signed 5-star safety Trey McNutt from the Cleveland area in the 2025 class.

Oregon on the other hand has two wide receivers committed this cycle. But it looks like the Ducks want to add some size at the position and Parris certainly checks that box. 4-star Rochester (NY) James Monroe pass catcher Messiah Hampton and 4-star Lucas (Tex.) Panther Creek athlete Jalen Lott both committed to new wide receivers coach Ross Douglas earlier this year. Lott has continued to be recruited by other schools, with Texas being the most notable after hosting him for a visit in Austin when they played Sam Houston State last month.
Oregon’s 2026 recruiting class ranks No. 4 nationally according to the Rivals Team rankings and has 17 verbal commits.
With other talented skill players like Rivals Industry 5-star Reidsville (NC) tight end Kendre Harrison and 4-star Texarkana (Tex.) Texas High running back Tradarian Ball also committed, it looks like the Ducks aren’t getting complacent with their offensive talent heading into December’s early signing period.
