The No. 6 Oregon Ducks are in their second bye week of the season following a 21-7 win over the Wisconsin Badgers at home in Eugene. The Ducks are 7-1 on the season, with their only loss coming at the hands of an Indiana Hoosiers team that’s now ranked No. 2 in the country.

The schedule sets up to give Oregon a challenging November with matchups against Iowa, Minnesota, USC and Washington on tap. Oregon’s defense remains one of the best in college football and the same can be said about the offense from a statistical standpoint, but the offense has been much more inconsistent throughout the year.

There are some studs that have emerged, specifically tight end Kenyon Sadiq, running back Jordon Davison and wide receiver Dakorien Moore. Yet at times, specifically when the offense is sputtering, the Ducks haven’t consistently turned to their strongest and most consistent playmakers.

Dante Moore is a really good quarterback, but he can only do so much because he’s 1) broadly speaking still lacking significant playing time and 2) playing behind an offensive line that has had it’s issues in pass protection on and off throughout the season.

With the Ducks on a bye this week, it’s a good time to evaluate the Oregon’s stock, which is exactly what we did on the Ducks Dish Podcast.

On the latest episode, ScoopDuck’s Max Torres sits down with Ted Leroux of That Show Out West to discuss where the Ducks are at, some of the studs on offense and whether or not the Ducks are an elite college football team.
