Predicting the Pac: Week Six

An interesting week of Pac-12 conference games is on tap this weekend. Of course none bigger than the top-10 showdown between Oregon and Washington. However there are several big games on tap in the conference of champions.

I’m currently 30-8 this season but again, I’m not picking against the spread.

Here are this weeks picks. (All times listed in PST)

Stanford @ Colorado

Friday 7:00 – ESPN

It’s been a less-than-ideal couple of weeks for Colorado. However a game with Stanford should cure that. Along with getting Travis Hunter back (Potentially) and playing at home. The Buffs win big and we get to hear all about it for the week.

Cal @ Utah

Noon – Pac-12

Cal can score some points which makes them slightly dangerous. Typically those points come against lesser opponents. I think Utah will be able to stop the Cal offense and get the win at home. Covering the 13.5 point spread will be tough however.

Oregon @ Washington

12:30 – ABC

As you know by now I picked Oregon to win 51-34. You can read all of our predictions here.

Arizona @ Wazzu

4:00 – Pac-12

Kind of an interesting game here. Frankly I think Arizona is making a mistake going back to Jayden De Laura. I think they might win with Fifita. With De Laura I think they lose in a tough place to play.

USC @ Notre Dame

4:30 – NBC/Peacock

I believe USC is going to take it’s first L of the season and I’m betting it’s worse than most expect. And the other piece of this equation, Notre Dame might not be all that good. Interesting game this weekend that I think really exposes the concerns most have, at least those that are paying attention.

UCLA @ Oregon State

5:00 – FOX

Kind of an interesting game here too. I think UCLA is turning into the team we thought they were prior to the start of the season. Now Oregon State played well last weekend but I still have doubts about DJU’s consistency. I think the Bruins win a close one in Corn valley.
