QUACK: Oregon Lands Former Washington CB Transfer

Dan Lanning is taking no prisoners. And that includes his assault on the recruiting trail and in the transfer portal.
The latest addition will certainly make headlines.
Former Washington starting cornerback Jabbar Muhammad entered the transfer portal earlier in January. The 5-foot-1-, 180-pounder had a monster season for the Huskies and was one of the best corners in the Pac-12 conference.
Moments ago he committed to play next season for Dan Lanning and the Ducks following Kalen Deboer’s departure to Alabama. Oregon was able to beat out Texas and Alabama for the lock-down corner.

Oregon already has one cornerback commitment via the transfer portal. Earlier this month UTSA corner Kam Alexander committed to the Ducks.
Muhammad is now the 11th addition for Dan Lanning via the transfer portal. The portal has been kind to Oregon with recent additions including wide receiver Evan Stewart and defensive lineman Ja’Maree Caldwell.
The Ducks currently have the No. 9 ranked transfer portal class per On3.
