QUACK: Oregon Lands In-State 2024 TE AJ Pugliano

Dan Lanning is parlaying this big football weekend into a big recruiting week. The Ducks have hosted North Medford (Ore.) star tight end AJ Pugliano multiple times this season. The 6-foot-4, 210-pounder has a strong connection to Oregon.
Not only has Pugliano grown up in the state, both his parents are Oregon alums. So there is a lot of love for the Ducks in the Pugliano house.

It looks like there is now a third alum in the works with Pugliano committing to Oregon on Monday. He becomes the first 2024 commitment for Dan Lanning and the Ducks.
Arizona and Washington State had also offered with Notre Dame also making a strong push.
The first prediction for Pugliano was made here on ScoopDuck over a month ago.
Pugliano is the No. 248 ranked player in the On3 Consensus rankings. He is also the state’s No. 2 player behind USC commit and tight end Joey Olsen.
