It’s Wednesday which means we offer up our score predictions for the weekend. Below are all of the score predictions from the crew as usual.

Last week most of us got caught flat-footed but Brandon Gibson had a good line on the game. BG predicted Oregon would beat Montana State by a score of 43-9 which was by far the best guess. Will he double down this week?

Check them out below.

Corpatty: Oregon 41, Oklahoma State 20

I completely missed on my opener prediction, but I’ve adjusted. This time, I see Oregon jumping out early and never looking back. The Ducks’ depth and firepower will be too much, and the Cowboys simply won’t have the horses to keep pace. Expect Oregon to cruise to a comfortable three+ score victory.

Ted Leroux: Oregon 45, Ok State 10

Oregon is clearly the superior team heading into this matchup. With a full game under their belt, the Ducks should be sharper in all phases. Meanwhile, Oklahoma State is dealing with significant challenges — including the absence of their starting quarterback and the integration of several new transfers across the roster.

This one could get ugly — and fast.

The Ducks take control early and overwhelm the Cowboys.

Max Torres: Oregon 42 Ok State 17

I definitely low-balled my prediction last week. Without making too much of a one-game sample size, I see the Ducks winning big this week. The offensive line looked solid, Dante Moore was dialed in, and there were great contributions from the skill players. The Cowboys leaned into the run with Hauss Hejny going down with an injury and I’m confident Oregon can stifle the run again this week, which bodes well for another strong defensive outing.

Brandon Gibson: Oregon 49, OK State 7

Oregon was expected to easily win this matchup before the Pokes starting quarterback went down in week one. When you add in how prepared that Oregon looked in their first game, and their desire to improve, this game just sets up as a snoozer. Oregon will be tested a bit more through the air, but should have some opportunities for turnovers against a backup quarterback throwing to inexperienced wide receivers. Oklahoma State leading rusher only went for 56 yards on 21 carries against UT Martin, only 2.7 yards per carry. As long as Oregon shows up like they did last week, the score of this game should be similar.

Jhop: Oregon 55, Ok State 13

I went conservative last week expecting rust, I won’t be fooled twice. Mike Gundy probably made some ill-advised comments on Monday. There’s really no reason to poke the bear. But he’s a man in his 40’s so he can run his mouth if he wants to. Oregon was sharp last week, they’ll face slightly better talent this week. But I still have a tough time believing Ok State will be able to slow down Dante Moore and his crew.
