As Oregon prepares for this week’s pivotal Pac-12 Tournament in Las Vegas, three of the Ducks’ players have earned year-end conference honors.

Oregon’s N’Faly Dante, Jermaine Couisnard, and Jackson Shelstad were recognized by the Pac-12’s coaches on Tuesday when the 2023-24 all-conference, all-defensive, and all-freshman were announced.

For the second season in a row, Dante earned first-team all-conference honors. The 6-foot-10 senior also earned all-defensive honors for the first time.

In 17 games this season, Dante averaged a career-high 15.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, and 1.5 steals while logging 30.4 minutes per game. He shot 67% from the field and tallied seven double-doubles.

Couisnard, a senior guard, earned second-team all-conference honors. He led Oregon with 15.5 points per game on 40% shooting — including 34% from three-point range. He was second among UO players with 2.9 assists per game and led Oregon with 1.6 steals per game. During Oregon’s March 2 loss at Arizona, Couisnard scored 39 points, the most by an Oregon player since Luke Jackson in 2004.

Shelstad, a four-star signee in the 2024 class, earned all-freshman honors. In 27 games, including 25 starts, he averaged 12.7 points per game on 46% shooting, including 35% from three. Shelstad led the Ducks with 3.0 assists per game and turned the ball over just 1.9 times per game.

Oregon is set to kick off the Pac-12 tournament on March 14 after earning a first-round bye. It will face either Oregon State or UCLA at 2:30 p.m. PT.
