Tuesday Ted Talk: Oregon Heads to Iowa For First Time Since 1989

Oregon Football is back! After being idle for the second time this season on a bye, the No. 6 Ducks (7-1, 4-1 Big Ten) are gearing for a road trip to the Midwest, where the Iowa Hawkeyes (6-2, 4-1 Big Ten) await them at Kinnick Stadium.
The battle at the line of scrimmage could very well dictate who win this game as Oregon’s vaunted rushing attack collies with Iowa’s stout front seven. On the other side, Oregon’s strong defense will clash against Iowa’s offensive line, one that’s viewed by many as one of the best in the sport.
The Ducks and Hawkeyes haven’t played since 1994, but this is a matchup we’ll be seeing much more regularly after conference realignment gave us a new-look Big Ten conference. Oregon quarterback Dante Moore looks to return to form after a big hit knocked him out of the team’s last game against Wisconsin, while running back Jordon Davison continues to emerge as a heart beat of Will Stein‘s offensive attack.
The Iowa matchup marks the beginning of a tough four-game stretch for Oregon as the Ducks wind down the regular season with games against the Hawkeyes, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the USC Trojans and the Washington Huskies. Oregon is a six-point favorite against Iowa according to BetMGM.
