Where Oregon's roster, scholarship count stand following departure of Quincy Guerrier

On Tuesday, Oregon veteran forward Quincy Guerrier announced that he will enter the transfer portal, bringing an end to his time as a Duck. Guerrier became the fifth Oregon player to enter the transfer portal this offseason, and arguably the most impactful. In two seasons with the Ducks, he averaged 9.7 points and 5.0 rebounds per game while shooting at a 43% clip. While his playing time and counting stats dipped a bit last season, he was a key rotation piece for Dana Altman's squad and one of the Ducks' more versatile offensive options. His departure leaves a notable hole on Oregon's roster at the power forward position. It also leaves Altman and his staff with an opportunity to pursue a high-profile, veteran forward who possesses some of the same characteristics as Guerrier. With Oregon's underwhelming 2022-23 campaign nearly a month in the rearview, the Ducks find themselves with plenty of roster flexibility as they aim to return to the NCAA tournament next season. Here's a rundown of where Oregon's roster and scholarship count stand after Guerrier's decision to enter the portal.
