Penn State football concluded training camp for the 2023 season this week and shifted its focus and practice schedule to the season opener. Penn State takes on West Virginia in ten days and the Blue White Illustrated YouTube show is here to get you ready with a review of Penn State’s practice from Wednesday. Penn State switched to a regular season order for the roster, separating the team into the D-Squad (developmental squad) and the regular roster. The team still has open competitions at several positions, including receiver and quarterback, for which Franklin declined to name starters on Wednesday evening.
