Penn State tweets of the day
We start with a look at which Penn State players could make the All-Big Ten teams on offense. The media and coaches even have three teams plus honorable mention honors. Lions left tackle Olu Fashanu will likely be the program’s only first-team pick. But, he should be a unanimous one. It will be interesting to see where quarterback Drew Allar is slotted after he threw for more than 2,336 yards while sporting a 23-to-1 touchdown to interception ratio. The teams will be released at Noon ET on Big Ten Network. In case you missed it, here’s which Lions were honored on defense and special teams:

Quote of the day
“I thought the event was great. I mean, it was long, which probably isn’t ideal for fans, but it was a lot of great wrestling and our guys had very top-quality matches to kind of gauge where we’re at and what we can do. There’s nothing like great competition to show you what we can do better. So I think it was good up and down the board.”
–PSU wrestling coach Cael Sanderson to PennLive about the Lions’ four-of-five performance in the NWCA All-Star Classic.
