Meechie Johnson out Friday night with injury
South Carolina guard Meechie Johnson will not play in Friday’s game versus Elon. He is day-to-day with a right knee injury, according to an X post made by the team.
Johnson has been huge for the Gamecocks this year, leading the team in scoring. He’s averaging 18.3 points per game with 4.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
South Carolina will face Elon at 6 p.m. The game will be available to watch on SEC Network. But it will also be available for streaming on Fubo TV.
