Shane Beamer Tweets two Sunday #WelcomeHomes

South Carolina football is amidst its first big official visit recruiting weekend of June and head coach Shane Beamer Tweeted out his first #WelcomeHome of the week Sunday at 12:11 p.m.

Update: Just over an hour later, Beamer has now Tweeted out a second.

A Welcome Home Tweet is Beamer’s indictor that the Gamecocks have added a verbal commitment from a prospect, though the identity of both players have not yet been revealed.

Beamer’s messages also included the #AboveAllEl23 hashtag indicating that it’s two 2023 prospects.

The Gamecocks’ head coach also teased that more good news could be on the way, following up with a Tweet warning South Carolina fans to “buckle up.”

South Carolina hosted 13 official visitors on its campus this weekend, many of which are top targets for the program.

Once the two commitments go public, they’ll be the third and fourth pledge in the Gamecocks’ 2023 class joining Atlanta (Ga) Pace Academy On3 four-star OL Trovon Baugh and Laurel (Md.) St. John’s three-star DB Zahbari Sandy.
