South Carolina set numerous individual and team records last season. Here’s how the undefeated season stacked up in program history.

South Carolina played 38 games, the most in a season in program history. The Gamecocks obviously set a program record for wins and winning percentage. MiLaysia Fulwiley, Ashlyn Watkins, and Sania Feagin each set the individual record for games played, appearing in all 38 games. Chloe Kitts, Bree Hall, and Te-Hina Poapao tied the old record of 37 games.

South Carolina scored a program record 3,247 points and set a record averaging 85.4 points. South Carolina also broke the program record for scoring margin at plus-28.9.

South Carolina set a program record with 702 total assists. The rebounding margin of plus-12.6 is the fourth-best in program history. The Gamecocks averaged 46.3 rebounds, fifth-best in program history. 

South Carolina shot 49.2%,  third-best in program history.  The Gamecocks set program records with 1,255 field goals made and 2,550 field goals attempted. 

As a team, South Carolina shot 39.5% from three, tied for the third-best in program history. South Carolina made a program-record 253 threes and attempted 640, third most in a season. 

South Carolina grabbed a program-record 1,208 defensive rebounds and 1,761 total rebounds, the third-best single-season mark.

South Carolina blocked 297 shots, second only to last season’s NCAA record 326 blocks.

Kamilla Cardoso finished her career with 1,327 points, 1,001 at South Carolina. She also finished with 984 rebounds (sixth), 791 at South Carolina. Cardoso finished in the top ten in career offensive rebounds (317 at South Carolina). 

Cardoso’s 82 blocks last season are the ninth-most, and her average of 2.5 ranks sixth. Ashlyn Watkins’ 91 blocks are the third-most in a season. Her average of 2.4 is ninth (going to hundredths for the tie-break).

Te-Hina Paopao made 87-186 threes (46.8%). That is the third-most threes made in a season, the tenth-most threes attempted, and 46.8% is the third-highest single-season percentage. 

Raven Johnson had 179 assists, seventh-most in a single season. Her 3.09:1 assist-to-turnover ratio is the second-best in program history. Johnson also set a program record for assists (27) and steals (17) in an NCAA Tournament.

MiLaysia Fulwiley scored 446 points, the fourth-most by a freshman in program history.
