OT: Kitchen remodel

We're looking to do a kitchen remodel. No walls will be removed, but we're looking at adding an island to the kitchen, moving some cabinets around to open the flow.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Jackson/Ridgeland/Madison area that they have used and been satisfied with their work?

Yeh. We've been in the house 15 years and we're trying to increase resell value without putting too much into it. We don't want to go with a wide open concept because of the noise so we're keeping the walls as is. But we have a bar now that totally bisects the kitchen. But it'll still involve cabinets, wood flooring, electrical, and updated counter tops.

this is a fairly straightforward deal here, especially if you dont want to spend the money. just do it yourself. ive done two kitchen renovations and am currently working on a bonus room expansion. if you arent moving walls, just do it yourself, but make sure to do it quickly. drawn-out remodels dont lead to happy wives.

its not that time consuming, but i understand if he doesnt have the knowledge or experience to do the work. not everyone is handy and some would rather just pay someone else to do it. the older i get, certainly the more i feel like having someone else do it.

I just got new granite kitchen counter tops installed today by JTM Stone and Tile in Flowood. Thought I got a good price and good service from them.
