see on this board the difference between what Trump said (for those who actually listened to the presser) and what those who don't listen to Fox being told what he said.

It'll be the same ****, different day.

I love what Trump told Acosta. It needed to be said. And I love what Trump told the guy that asked about his comment on supplies going out the back door in NYC. If the guy is a good investigative reporter, instead of asking gotchas in the rose garden and trying to create a battle between Trump and Cuomo, he should be up in NYC asking tough questions.

Trump's not the most articulate guy in the world and reporters love to parse his words and take them out of context, so it's the perfect storm. He's starting to fight back on that, but my preference would be for him to let his task force talk more on his behalf. The old saying is true that you will never win a battle with the guy that buys his ink by the barrel.

They actually had that guy on one of their shows last week doing a story on him because his company is making masks.

If the guy spends as much money making masks as he does on buying ad time on Fox News, our mask shortage is about to end forever.

Well I guess the costs of all that air time precludes him from owning more than one shirt . . . . . I will say that I have a couple sets of his sheets and they are very good. Wife has purchased several of "his" pillows as well.

Newsflash. This is never going to go away. Because of the particular properties of this virus and the contagiousness of it, it is now part of our world. We will develop vaccines to protect us and more and more advanced treatments so that fewer people die from it, but this virus is not going away.

He does not use American Cotton. He admits that on the commercial. Bad move on his part. He is a conservative and I am as conservative as they come but I will not buy his product. I know it is almost impossible to buy anything totally manufactured in the United State but hell you could at least use American grown Cotton.

Because for every person on one side of the IQ curve, there's some one an equal distance from the center on the other side. It would appear that many of the people that offset our scientists and engineers, work in the media and make pillows.

Do you buy clothing and linens that are only us cotton?
I'm guessing there is a website for that since there is a website for everything, but damn that sounds exhausting. If it's a passion though, cool I guess.

He employs approx 1500 people.

How many are you smart enough to employ?

You're a special kind of stupid, aren’t you?

17 his task force. They'll just tiptoe around trying to placate the lib media. You know those nurses, doctors and hospital administrators are selling that stuff on the black market.

Trump tells it like it is. Like it or lump it.

These pressers are genius.

No, just a ********.*

Ding, Ding... But an equal opportunity ********. I also think Marion Barry was an idiot for smoking crack as Mayor of DC. Talk about a success story, that dude went to the clink and somehow went on to get elected Mayor again.***

Intelligence isnt directly tied to how many people you employ.
That's absurd.
No. But it's enough to make a reasonable person realize that he's not an idiot, and most likely, pretty competent at life, and a guy that might should be listened to from time to time.

Sort of like, uh, our BILLIONAIRE president, who some people think is an idiot. And yes, I'd say the same thing about Pelosi, Obama, every other hugely successful politician whom people deem 'idiots'. They might be selfish pricks but they are not idiots.

THAT is what is truly absurd.

Ok cool, good to see others agree that intelligence isnt directly tied to how many people you employ.
So dawgone's point sucked then.

Good to have that cleared up.

I suspect having infomercials and being pushy on air has a lot to do with the lack of respect he's getting. Kinda like the Flex Seal guy.

He's just not sophisticated enough for some.
