Jake Hamiti looks turrible lol with all due respect.

Loses 13-2 to an NEO freshman.

[Chasingthirty-five]

Burton with a nice 1p TF. Had a couple nice TD straight into back points.

[Chasingthirty-five]

Wright loses 5-4 to NEO sophomore. Got rode last 40 and didnt look like he was trying. I know these guys aren't ever going to start, but if you're gonna send them to an event.....let's see some effort.

[Chasingthirty-five]

Dopps with the effort I was looking for. Immediate TD then went to work for the fall.

[Chasingthirty-five]

JJ also with some nice stuff for a TF

I watched McComas 1st match where he got a tech in just over 1 minute of wrestling.

I watched McComas 1st match where he got a tech in just over 1 minute of wrestling.

Went to second period this time, but still had 3 TD and 2 NF4 for the tech. I also like how he worked straight for NF off each TD. Need more chain wrestling

[Chasingthirty-five]

Simpson upper body wrap straight to back for a like 25 sec pin lol

[Chasingthirty-five]

JJ with another nice TF

[Chasingthirty-five]

Hayden with another first minute Fall

That must be Pat Smith's son.

Sophomore in college or high school?

Sophomore in college or high school?

I checked and did not see a Gus Smith or any Smith's on the Little Rock College roster. Must be high school. His genetics could be very good for wrestling.

Well Gus Smith got pinned in about 20 seconds in the finals.

Ope well if he’s a high school sophomore…

Ope well if he’s a high school sophomore…

Sorry to have been too vague and to leave you in limbo. He is a sophomore in HS. It was a good showing for a Sophomore (he should be proud and the following is not meant to be a criticism, just context) but he didn’t beat any college wrestlers of note. The kid he beat in the semis only qualified for the KS state tournament once. The kid he beat in the quarters was a 2x MO qualifier with 4th place best finish.

Who did he lose to in the finals?

He wrestled Ayson Rice who is a freshman at Southeast Community College. He is a 4 time South Dakota State Champ. Good wrestler who an article said he was going to Appalachian State. I never heard of Southeast Community College but would guess it is a Junior College.
