Looking over the football schedule

I really believe there are only 2 games left that we dont realistically have a chance to win.
I believe those 2 are Alabama and Georgia. We could very well lose to Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, Texas A&M and Oklahoma but I believe we came beat those teams.
It really is a measure of our coaching staff since the latter teams have similar talent as we do.
With Beamers buyout I doubt anything happens at the end of the year Anyway but the rest of the year will be interesting.

I forget what year it was but we were beating Georgia by a good bit at halftime and Beamer said "you haven't seen anything yet" to the reporter as he went in the locker room. We proceeded to get stomped the second half. Little did we know it would be the Beamer way.

I think maybe that was '23. UGA was #1 and we led them 14-3 at half. We led, but it felt more like b/c of what UGA wasn't doing vs what we were doing. But Beamer was goofily overly exuberant.

In the 2nd half, UGA scored 3 TDs on their first 4 possessions. We went: punt, punt, punt, downs, interception, interception.

It probably hasn't happened as much as we think it has, but there's a perception among the fan base that we win games we shouldn't lose games we shouldn't. The perception is bolstered by situations like us knocking of Bama and then losing to Kentucky the following week.

What's happened more often is that we perform unexpectedly well in a loss to a really good team, giving us hope for future games against lesser opponents. Then we come out the following week and struggle with a team like Wofford. That has happened quite a bit, but again, probably not as much as we imagine it has.

MOST of the time we just lose handily in games like tomorrow.
