Agree, but some have nothing better to do

Kids are off School next week, staying Jacksonville Friday, going to Gainesville Sat Morning for the game and then Orlando after the game for several days, Universal and Disney.

Already told the kids, we may leave early for Orlando and beat the traffic if we are getting crushed, LOL

Safe travels and hopefully a delayed trip to Disney due to victory celebration but that would be Beamer pulling one out of the hat.

I expect UF to lay 40-50 points on us, we might be able to score 20-30 points against them, it will be a long drive to watch a beatdown.

Our last road trip was Clemson in 2024, so you never know, :)

My son really wants to see a game in the swamp, so even if we get blown out, as a big college football fan, he will enjoy it, we have no great expectations, my last trip to the swap was 2000, and we had a great first 20 minutes then it all fell apart.

Checking a box that you've been to a stadium is really the only reason to go to Gainesville. It really isn't a great place.

I doubt it happens, but this is the kind of game SC can mess around and get a totally unexpected win. UF getting torched last Saturday doesn't help though.

Taking kids to that game may qualify as child abuse.

I think that Florida is vastly overrated. Their QB is mediocre and their run defense is not good. Missouri really exposed their weakness. I would not be surprised if the gamecocks hang tough with them.

I agree with you. I'm not calling for an outright SC win, but I think SC can move the ball on them. If the SC D can find some sort of pass defense, they have a real chance at an upset.
