Nah…. The referee on the field gets a pass because it is a close play. But a replay official who can slow it down and clearly see doesn’t get a pass. That’s why Aaron Murray and Dave Neil were sitting there staying…This will obviously be overturned. This was cut and dried for anyone with eyes, and since it is reviewable, there’s no excuses. It didn’t matter, but it could have. I give the replay officials no special excuse on clear things. There are plenty of things that I have watched where I myself could not even decide so the Call on the field should stand. This wasn’t one of those. I just don’t get how clear stuff doesn’t get overturned. And like I said, had it been a quarterback in another uniform it would’ve been called a touchdown on the field. We know this.

Not sure what call the OP was referring to, but there was a defensive holding call against Oklahoma on Missouri's last drive that bailed them out. Otherwise, the game would have been over and Oklahoma wins. I only saw the replay once, but if memory serves, both were kinda lightly hugging each other. The QB was scrambling. The "held" receiver had stopped and wasn't even attempting to get away. Seemed to me a very ticky-tacky call to extend the drive.
