    The issue is that a single Judge's ruling can be overturned by a state higher courts. These single judge rulings will be appealed. The story is not over.

    Given that court ordered stays have been over ruled in Tennessee and Ohio, don't pin our hopes on a KY judge whose ruling may also be overturned.
