    Chances of Bassett leaving VT?

Bo lost that match due to aggression and situational awareness. He’ll learn from it. Also, he is going to Seniors so if they are trying to peak him, that would be the one they would do it for. Keep in mind that he had to make weight for the Real match, quick U23 turnaround, and now on to...

PREVIEW/THREAD: Four Hawkeyes set to compete at U23 Worlds this week

Read somewhere that he was suspended for a few years for doping. Edit: Still...Bo gave that match away. Kind of reminded me of Dennis...Didn't know how to run or stall a match out.

PREVIEW/THREAD: Four Hawkeyes set to compete at U23 Worlds this week

Bo loses in the last secs to India. The score 3-2 and the Indian (Singh) had a single leg with Bo on one foot, pushes Bo to the edge and Bo seemed to expose himself diving through the guy's legs. If he would have just gave up the one, would have won on criteria 3-3...he had the only TD. I am...

PREVIEW/THREAD: Four Hawkeyes set to compete at U23 Worlds this week

A few surprises today...at least imo. Sinclair got absolutely worked by the guy from Moldova. He headlocked Sinclair twice so it kind of halted Sinclair's forward pressure.Sinclair also lost the scrambles and his opponent actually looked like he had more gas. The guy lost in the semis so...

PREVIEW: Trio of past/present Hawkeyes set for Final X wrestle-offs on Friday

Bo wanted to come train at Iowa like Jax Forrest did at Oklahoma State. At the time, the RTC training rules were such that we couldn't bring in recruits to train that lived more than 250 miles away. Although this was a USA wrestling rule, universities had to abide by it via their compliance...

It’s still a long season, enjoy your lucky win

Michigan will be lucky to get out of the season with 4 losses (should be 5). You had your simulated National Title celebration against Western Michigan...let us have ours.

    Iowa St. Tampering Violations

I also think you have to look at when in this f’ed up timeline did these infractions occur before some start yelling “What about Bob (or Ira)?” At one point IIRC a few years back, anybody not on staff could contact recruits and even rostered athletes as long as there wasn’t collusion between the...

    Iowa St. Tampering Violations

It was more than that. It was also the reason Dresser went to a different position to try and head the coming NCAA penalties off at the pass. Sounds like Perry was their "Skunkworks" guy.
