The schedule for wrestling and football is purely set up around economics and the need for athletic revenue from the revenue producing sports.

    EARLY 2026-27 lineup projections/discussions

The decision on who gets the open spot at 174 next year will set the middle of the PSU lineup. Maybe PJ takes the Haines route and jumps two weights. As far as Marcus goes, he's going to look like Joey in two years after a RS next year.149 or 157 in 28.

    Iowa vs Oklahoma State

You can add VT to your list of teams getting stronger in the future. Not a pretty picture for Iowa's future. Definitely going to struggle to get in the top 5 going forward.

    141

Blaze at 141 sounds about right. Look at the family genes. Joeys bumped up two weight classes to 165. Marcus will look really good at 141 next year.

PSU - Nebraska '26 Match Thread

Let's give our guys some credit, they won the match handily. All of our No 1's won. Two of the three loses were tight matches that didn't go our way. Nice day at the office, with some things to clean up,

    IOWA WEEK!

Blaze's style, controlling the center of the mat, low stance and moving forward will be a big problem for Ayala. I expect Blaze to force Alala to the edge of the mat and force Alala into multiple stalling calls.
