    it is rare for a coach to win at a program and they leave for another school. Only 3 have won a national championship and left their school to go to a another school, Norm Sloan , Tubby and Rollie Massimino.

    Just looked up how old he is. He is 50. Not to old to make a change. I think he would look at it, but after building Baylor up to a good program it would be hard to leave. I guess it would depend on what he wants his legacy to be.
