    Young is back but his backup is out for the season. We beat East 41-7 but it was 41-0 midway thru the second Q & we pulled the starters. The conference will be a challenge this year, but some teams I didn’t expect will contend. Let’s try to give this thread some legs. No reason to go 2 weeks...

    I’m a Panther homer thru and thru. Here are some honest observations. The Murphy score is not really indicative of the game. Special team miscues by the Dogs set Franklin up with short fields several times in the first half. In the second half Murphy hurt the Panthers running to the outside...

    Rabun is young, Soph QB (reminds me of Franklin a couple years ago)and replacing most of their O from a 10-3 team last year. Panthers are dominating this one though, 38-7 with 7 left 3Q.
