    Duke vs Tennessee

They might be better than everyone. From a straight talent perspective, there many only be a few teams that can hang with them.

    Duke vs Tennessee

The rosters right now with NIL and the portal are off the charts at the top. These are team picking off the best players in the country at peer and HS level. Duke got the best SG in the portal along with 3 5*.

    Duke vs Tennessee

I think if Scheyer plays it right, they could runaway with it this year. There is nothing they don't have. Their best PG as the season goes will be Rippey - he's special. He's high energy, another gear. Boozer and Foster are flat at PG, that kid injects energy.

    AP Preseason Poll Out

The masses, like the media, are giving UK just enough respect for the good players on the roster, the money and UK, no one in or outside UK believes in Pope. He's got to effectively show something this year. Meanwhile, have to do some kind of dabbling in the coaching market to see who will...

    AP Preseason Poll Out

If Rupp Rafters is a representation of the wider fan base, it would seem 75% of the overall has already given up on him and wants him out the door. Dead Man Walking.

    AP Preseason Poll Out

Not gonna happen - tv/networks need this stuff to market matchups. It's all for the fans. I tend to think that the current poll is being driven by retention at the top of the poll. Every top 6-7 teams having a number of returners. It's hard to assess teams like Tennessee and Louisville.

    AP Preseason Poll Out

They've been to 3 straight Elite 8's, so it would seem the pollsters know what they're doing. These exhibition games don't matter all that much. And orange is in this year, Tennessee, Texas, Illinois, Virginia, Miami bringing a lot of it. All said, I'm not that high on this Tenn team either. I...

    AP Preseason Poll Out

If you want to see how much coaching matters, I'd argue UK has a better roster than Houston. Pope deviates UK back about 8 spots, deviates Sampson up about the same. I see no where on the roster where they are better man for man other than maybe PG.

    AP Preseason Poll Out

They're legit. I think they can actually be sneaky really good and one of the teams with signficant upside. Isaiah Hardwell as a high 5*. Diop is a great add. The teams I like to climb the rankings are Miami, Texas Tech and Gonzaga. Kansas now that they're average age other than Stokes is 35...

    Williams -vs- Jasper

Jasper stunk it up in his first exhibition with a bad Dana Atlman-less Oregon team.

    ***Official Game Thread

What a crazy year - power of coaching. Can't take Vandy for granted, but that should be a win. If we want any chance at a playoff spot, probably have room for one more loss, so it'll take a win at Tenn or at Mizzou and winning out at home. Not an easy task. Vandy UF @Tenn @MizzOU Ville

Kentucky playing for SEC 1st place

It's wild how much parity the portal/NIL has created. Auburn winning at Georgia, did not see that one happening. I never thought the portal would be a good thing.

    Down goes Texas!!

He doesn't have "it". People want him to be good so bad.

    Chandler and BYU

I'm honestly not sure what they are doing at BYU or Baylor anymore. It doesn't feel like they're building rosters as much as they are throwing a couple big names on their rosters and stuffing nobody's around them.
