    I wouldn't put too much stock in any of the reported numbers. Knowing how tight lipped Iowa is about financial matters this is essentially revenue sharing and then add 3 mil because the author assumes Iowa can pull at least that. I doubt they got an accurate figure from anyone with connections...

    I don't personally see a reason to have Heck enter right now so in my mind it would be a "just because" substitution. He hasn't turned the ball over (yet, did mishandle one sneak and then dribbled on a draw) and the game is essentially where it was when it started.
