    Stoops had some success but he should have had more which his why he gets the grief he does. He coached like a scared little girl and had the worst clock management of any coach I have ever seen at his level.

    Didn’t mind the loss, expected really. Disappointed in losing the 2nd half 32-0 and not competing at all. Encouraged by the first half though. This is a getting the foundation built for the future so will definitely have some grace but that 2nd half was just bad.

    Who said anything about being brought here to shoot 3’s. Taking 1 or two a game and showing you can knock them down pulls the defense out and opens up the offense. If pope wants to run a different offense with him in the game then fine, but if still trying to run 5 out it’s a waste of time...

    5 seasons without a made 3 certainly tells a story but if he has good form and is capable of knocking them down he will be doing so mostly wide open as he will be dared to shoot. So basically shooting practice, not against pressure defense. Knock a few down then that’s a different story.
